About Black Talent Pipeline
YBLA’s Black Talent Pipeline (BTP) program prepares high-potential Black college students for internships & full-time opportunities with companies seeking diverse talent.
Our program provides professional development, Toastmasters certification, YBLA's servant leadership curriculum, opportunities to increase social capital, networking with like-minded Black students, and an opportunity to serve abroad.
Eligibility Requirements
Black college Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors
Must be able to attend leadership retreat and international service trip (See dates below)
Majors: Business, Technology, Engineering, Econ, Accounting, and Finance
Must be available to attend virtual meetings on Tuesday evenings
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
